Thailand – Day 8
We had another evening with the hostel kids. Lots of fun activities and growing friendships.
During the day, a medical clinic was set up for people of the village. Several pregnant women came by for ultrasounds.
The dental clinic continued to work in kids from the hostel. The need is great for more care for these kids. The local medics have been trained to do most of the procedures. Equipment will be left here for their use.
The team also spent time planning for Saturday, at which time 100 Compassion kids from the villiage will come by for bible stories, fun and games. We are leading worship on Sunday, so we did some planning for that.
This continues to be a great experience, and is stretching all of us…in a good way.
