TEAM PURPOSE:

A Life Group Leader is a team member who leads a session that creates a safe place to connect and learn how the Bible Story applies to real-life experiences through interactive activities and discussion questions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a space where you get to know the children.
• Create a space where the children get to know each other.
• Create a space where the children can be heard.
• Pick given activities for the time together.
• Help the children live out the Bible Point in their lives.

SPIRITUAL & PRACTICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Love Jesus, Love Children, eager to learn how to lead LifeGroups.

TIME COMMITMENT

We prefer weekly commitments for the sake of building strong relationships, but options are also available on a bi-monthly and quarterly basis.
