Celebration/special event team Leader

DESCRIPTION
Lead a team of volunteers, with the support of church staff, to coordinate the hospitality for special services and events at Chapel Hill. 
QUICK FACTS
• Day/time as needed.
• It is expected that this person would help lead the planning and executing of the event with a joyful heart and creative mind. Attendance at the event is a must.
TIME COMMITMENT
10-20 hours per event, 2-3 times per year

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in planning meetings leading up to the event
Help recruit event volunteers
Outline event specifics with team
Help lead the volunteers during the event.

Events: Pastoral Admin, Facilities staff, community members
