Leads a support group of individuals experiencing Cancer diagnosis.

• Has experienced the hardships of a cancer diagnosis and is willing to offer support and insight to others in the same situation.
TIME COMMITMENT
3 hours a week

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates a weekly, safe gathering to support individuals who need assistance navigating the medical community, emotional issues, pain, and grief due to a cancer diagnosis.

Provides a healing space for those dealing with a cancer diagnosis.  Offers support for the attendee and provides a specific place to serve for the volunteer who has experienced the pain of cancer.
