Student ministries adult Leaders

TEAM PURPOSE:

The purpose of the Student Ministries Leader serve team is to build relationships with students so that they will be introduced to the person of Jesus Christ and find their home in His Church. We believe in students and want to help them to fulfill the purpose for which God created them.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend weekly Student Ministries Program.
• Intentionally pursue relationships with students.
• Help lead small group discussions during program.

SPIRITUAL & PRACTICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Faithfully following Jesus and intentionally pursuing growth in their relationship with Christ. Able to articulate the Gospel and their own faith story. Active participant in church life at Chapel Hill Church. Relational warmth. Takes God seriously but doesn’t take themselves too seriously.

TIME COMMITMENT

Student Ministry Leaders serve weekly from 5:50-8:30 on either Tuesday or Wednesday evenings during the school year. Summer program schedule varies, but regular summer participation is desired.
