Member Empowerment group leader

TEAM PURPOSE:

For the self-starter who has a creative project or ministry interest that you seek to build. Has an interest in collaborating with non-believers or members of other churches to organize biblically inspired service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To gather others with a shared interest and delegate tasks.
• Communicate activities with the Outreach department.
• Build goodwill in the community. Address unmet needs.
• Set an example of following God’s unique call in your sphere.

SPIRITUAL & PRACTICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Leadership, administration, service, mercy, entrepreneur, vision, delegation. This can be a charismatic or behind-the-scenes style worker.

TIME COMMITMENT

As much or as little as you determine.
