LIFEGROUP COACH

TEAM PURPOSE:

To encourage, empower and equip our LifeGroup leaders in their role in discipling groups.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Call or meet up with 1-2 LifeGroup leaders 2 x year

Be available to problem solve with LGL as needed

Connect with Next Steps Pastor 1 x year

SPIRITUAL & PRACTICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Must have been a LifeGroup leader in the past, preferably one who raised and trained another leader and/or successfully launched a second group
Spiritually mature
Good listener
Emotionally mature
Good at asking open-ended questions
Encourager

TIME COMMITMENT

Meet with or call LifeGroup leader 2 x per year to check in and see how you can encourage them or support them.
Meet with Next Steps Pastor once to get started and once to check in as year progresses
Must commit to at least 1-year term
