divorce CARE support group FACILITATOR

TEAM PURPOSE:

DivorceCare is a safe place where caring people come alongside you as you find healing from the pain of separation or divorce. At this 13-week, video-based support group program, you’ll find helpful counsel to manage the emotional turmoil and practical tools for decision-making.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-facilitate weekly meetings.
• Work closely with CoEd leaders to serve the group.
• Prepare discussion questions and create a safe space.

SPIRITUAL & PRACTICAL QUALIFICATIONS

We ask that you have been a participant of Divorce Care and have found healing and hope through that experience. We are looking for a mature follower of Jesus who can work collaboratively with the co-facilitator to tend to the people in the support group.

TIME COMMITMENT

Weekly meetings for 13 weeks as well as preparation time and relational connection time outside of the group with the participants.
