ALPHA HOSPITALITY TEAM

TEAM PURPOSE:

At Alpha we do our best to create a warm and welcoming environment where guests feel taken care of and are able to relax and enjoy themselves. 
As a team our goal is to serve with joy and humility, going the extra mile to in our actions and attitudes to be a practical demonstration of the grace of God to our Alpha guests. Hospitality literally means “love the stranger” and it is a core value of Alpha to demonstrate radical hospitality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wipe down tables and set with cups, napkins etc.
• Refill water jugs
• Slice and serve dessert.
• Clear dishes

SPIRITUAL & PRACTICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Joyful attitude
• Humble willingness to serve.
• Must have valid WA food handlers permit.

TIME COMMITMENT

8 Alpha nights from 5:30- 7:15pm
Set up for weekend Thursday 3-5pm
Alpha Weekend Friday Evening 
Alpha Weekend Saturday Day 
Commitment is for one Alpha session.
