Mandy Cuda

Hi! I’m Mandy, and I’m a grateful believer in Jesus. I follow Jesus because his way offers me life and grounding when the world inside me and around me shifts, in moments, from complex, to heartbreaking, to beautiful. I’m a wife, mom to four amazing kids, friend, sister, daughter, family physician, military officer, and gardener. Through my growing years, my home has been in many locations but, in each place, I find my place in a faith community. Chapel Hill has been that church home for my last 12 years and during this season, I’ve found and lost friends, served, struggled, learned, taught, danced, and prayed. I’m still discovering what being an Elder truly means, but my hope is I’ve been called so I can grow, be diligent, and share in the grace, peace, and work of life with Jesus and with all of you.

Sue Unterbrink

Hello! My name is Sue Unterbrink. I have been married to my husband Greg for 35 years and have two adult children, Lizzie and Brad. I have been a registered nurse for more than 30 years and continue to work for a local hospital system. Although I did not grow up in a Christian home, I learned of Jesus’ love and grace through a high school campus ministry, and accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior when I was 18. I have been greatly blessed by involvement in the local church throughout my life as a follower of Christ.

Our family joined Chapel Hill in 2004, shortly after our move to Washington State. I have participated in many ministries here, including Women’s Ministries, Children’s Ministries, and as a MOPS and LifeGroup leader. I had the privilege of serving as a Ruling Elder during our move to the EPC, and now as Clerk of Session. I believe that God is actively at work in our world and in our community, and that the local church is the key means by which he trains his people and calls them into his redemptive work. I am both honored and humbled to serve again as a Ruling Elder at Chapel Hill.
