Women have been a vital part of the ongoing ministry of Chapel Hill Church since its humble beginnings. Within each of our programs, groups and special events, we endeavor to create dynamic environments in which women encounter Jesus, experience authentic community and celebrate the resulting transformation.

We do this by connecting, nurturing and discipling women in their various life stages and spiritual pathways.  Rooted in the living and written Word of God, we influence the way women today see and respond to Jesus in an atmosphere where women can realize spiritual maturity and fellowship, develop their leadership skills, and minister in the local church, their community and the world. Dedicated women are making a significant difference in their world by their commitment to devote their time, talents and finances to further the Kingdom of God.  Won’t you join us in the adventure?

Our Leadership Team:
Shari Monson is our Director of Women’s Ministries. Shari is finishing up her seminary training in pursuit of ordination. The opportunity to teach and lead this vital area of ministry provides valuable experience for her and an inspiring and creative leader for the women of Chapel Hill. Patti Weaver is the Assistant Director of Women's Ministries and Human Resources at Chapel Hill.  Her responsibilities include working along side of Shari Monson in the creative process as she helps coordinate programs, classes and special events. Patti has been on staff at Chapel Hill for 6 years.
