BALANCED FITNESS ATHLETIC CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Monday Muscle Classes
Features low impact aerobic warm ups and weight training for all ages; works especially on abs, backs, and stretching.

Step ‘n Sculpt Classes
Each unique class features a variety of step, interval training, resistance weights or dynabands, and Pilates based movement.

Easy Does It Classes
A head-to-toe, gentle workout for women over 65 who are serious about improving their physical condition.

Senior Fitness Classes
Designed for men and women over 55 who want to participate in low impact aerobics, strength training & flexibility. (Class #1 uses floor mats; class #2 uses chairs.)

Fusion
Combines movement derived from Pilates, Tai Chi and Yoga. This class is designed to improve posture, strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, concentration and relaxation. The non-impact exercises can be modified for most ages and fitness levels.

Fit Stretch
An introductory class that combines strength-building , flexibility, balance, and concentration, with breathing, healthful alignment, and relaxation.
