Marriage is one of the most exciting and challenging things you will ever do. Chapel Hill wants you to get the best start that you can possibly get. To help you with that, we offer this enriching premarital preparation option.
 
The Marriage Mentoring program is intended to help couples preparing for marriage to realistically assess their relationship. With the assistance of trained mentors, couples can:
  • Take stock of strength and growth areas that are present in their relationship
  • Explore important topics they might otherwise avoid
  • Begin to develop communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Become aware of important issues that need resolution before they turn into major problems
Volunteer Premarital Mentors are equipped to effectively take couples through an eight-session program designed to give them constructive feedback in areas vital to a healthy marriage relationship.
